Monthly Masterclass: Returning to Running after Injury

Come on out and learn about returning to running after injury. We will cover both the physical drills and skills needed to rebuild your strength as well as a systematic approach you can implement. Run readiness involves several milestones to achieve prior to lacing up for more focused training. We know that resting and returning to sport is NOT enough, so come learn more from a professional coach.

Coach Stacey is a former Professional Triathlete with a long career in rehabbing her own run injuries! She is trained as a SlowTwitch Certified Run form Coach, USA Track and Field Level I, and USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach.

Let her put her expertise to work for you during this clinic and short rehab run.

Bring: Yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and your smile
